弊社メールシステムの仕様により、ご回答が遅れてしまっており申し訳ございません。

書類に何点か修正を加えました。
今年7月に弊社の責任者は山本でなく、田中に変更となっています。

また田中が長期出張の為、署名ページを指定の期日に返送することができません。
遅れてはしまいますが、来週金曜迄に私が代行署名を行い、御社にお送りする形でも宜しいでしょうか。

I have changed a couple of things on the document. Our representative have changed from Yamamoto to Tanaka.

I am also sorry that we could not return you the signature page because Tanaka is now on a long business trip. Would you like me to sign it up and send it to you on behalf of him by next Friday?
