お問い合わせの件ですが私もこのような現象を見た事がありません。黄色く汚れていてバルサムセパレーションの可能性もありますがなんとも言えないところです。
実写しましたが全体的に黄色い写真となりました。
おそらく修理などは不可能だと思います。レンズ以外の部品取りとしてお考えください。
