お世話になっております。先日、商品が届きました。状態を確認させていただいたのですが、音の出力が大変低く、また、ノイズがかなりあります。説明のような、良いコンディションとはとてもいえないのですが?修理に出しますので、基本料金だけでも結構ですので、250ドルのご返金をいただけますか？納得ができせん。よろしくお願い致します。
