NECの山田さんとIBMの鈴木さんに、本日、次の2点を連絡しました。
１．ジョンさんは、今回のM&Aの内容と影響、及び、ERP導入の進め方の2つの問題について、11月に来日し、直接、ＮＥＣに説明する予定である。
２．当初、7/4から8/3の間に予定していた、トムさんの来日はキャンセルになった。
3人は、私の説明を大変良く理解し、上記の2つの点を了解しました。

I informed the following two points to Mr. Yamada from NEC and Mr. Suzuki from IBM today.
1. John is going to visit Japan in November to explain about the M&A and the its effect, and also talk about the two problems of how to implement of ERP to NEC directly.
2. Tom's visiting to Japan that had been planned during July 4 to August 3 was canceled.
The three person understood my explanation well and they agreed with the above two points.
