備考: 商品代金の返金に関するwebフォームからの問い合わせ

7月中旬にWebフォームで問い合わせた際、商品代金全額($100)を返金して頂けるとのことでしたが、まだ一部($10)しか返金されておらず、残りの金額($90)がまだ返金されていません。クレジット会社に問い合わせましたが、残りの金額について貴社からの返金手続きの連絡をまだ受けていないとのことです。なお、$10の返金についてはクレジット会社経由での受け取りが完了しています。$10の返金に関する返金明細書を本フォームに添付します。早急に全額を返金して頂くようお願いします。

When I asked you on the web form in the mid July, you told me that you would give me a full refund for the item cost ($100), however I only received a part of it ($10), and the rest of price ($90) is not refunded yet. I inquired the credit card company, and they told me that they have not received any contact from you regarding the rest of refund procedures. As for the refund of $10, I have received it via the credit card. I attach you the refund paper for the $10 to this form. Please immediately make the full refund.
