AとＢの商品をそれぞれ４つずつ注文したところ、それぞれ１つずつしか届かなかったので、それぞれ３つずつ再発送を依頼していました。本日その再発送分が届いたのですが、結局またそれぞれ１つずつしか届きませんでした。もう一度ＡとＢそれぞれ２つずつ再発送をお願いします。発送元が他の商品と違うようですがそれが原因でこのような間違いが何度も起こるのでしょうか？次回は間違いのないように必ずＡとＢの商品をそれぞれあと２つずつ発送してください。

I've ordered four of each of items A and B, but only one of each arrived. I've requested to ship the remaining three of each items. Today the shipment has arrived, but again, only one of each arrived. I'd like you to ship the remaining two of each items once more. Apparently the cause for this error was because the shipping origin is different from other items? Please don't be mistaken for the next one and please send the remaining two of each items.
