But I find this announcement so regrettable.
We had continued this business for the price you showed us.
You recommended that there were vehicles including what we had ordered.
Then we already ordered and paid the deposit because your price met our budget.
Though we are aware that a mistake has been to blame for this incident, we fail to understand additional
charges to pay at this stage. Therefore, we find it impossible for us to pay the extra charges.
