japan has very little persons who knows English properly.foreigners need person for communication everywhere like government office, railway station, police station,hospital, restaurants,shops etc.

TV programs in English

There are improvement in foriener-support but still in not enough level. This is very important point that anyone can sense when come to Japan.

tax and baby sitter are too expensive.

Japanese companies must have an english speaking staff to help foreigners who live in japan and wants to work with the company. Especially if they don't know how to speak and understand japanese they will be the one to explain the work needed to be done.

外国人向けのテレビもありますが、レベルは高くはありません。これは外国人が日本にきた際にとても重要なポイントとなります。

税金とベビーシッターは高すぎる

日本に住む外国人や日本企業で働きたいという外国人のためにの英語を話せるスタッフを会社に雇うべきです。とくに日本語が話せないひとに関してはどのように仕事をこなすのか説明する必要があります。
