In a very small area, there so much to do, to eat out, to see and visit, it is just great!

It's practical. Specially in Tokyo we can find anything at any time

No car needed. Very safe. Can walk around any time of the day and night without worry. Less racism compared to England. Less expensive compared to London. (I lived in London before) Rental car facilities. Koto-ku is a good place to live.

自動車は必要ない。非常に安全。日中でも夜でも何時でも、心配せずに歩き回れる。イギリスに比べると、人種差別は少ない。ロンドンに比べると、ちょっと物価が安い（私は、以前ロンドンに住んでいた）。自動車設備をレンタルする。江東区は住むのに良い場所だ。

犯罪率が低く、優れた設備があり、ITインフラも整っている。交通の便も良い。
