All the documents I have received from city hall, were not all written in English. I had a hard time changing my alien residency card to Mynumber card because the procedure was written in English. I had no idea how to change my card and the lady at City hall did not speak any English at all. I someone managed to change with as I had to communicate in Japanese.

市役所で受け取った書類は、全く英語で書かれていなかった。自分の外国居住者カードをマイナンバーカードに変更するのが大変だったよ。手続き方法が英語で書かれていなかったからね。自分のカードをどうやって変更したらいいか分からなかった。しかも、市役所の自分を担当してれくた女性は全然英語を話さなかった。日本語でやり取りしなきゃいけなかったから、どうかにして日本語を使ったこともたびたびあったんだ。
