とりあえず、病院や医師の予約の仕方などシズテムが等分からないし、委細、話がしたいので、電話通訳でも構わないので、日時を設定していだければ話がしたいです。よろしくお願いします。

First of all, I don't know how a hospital works or how to make an appointment. All I want is to talk to a doctor in detail. An interpreter over the phone would be okay if a date and time to see a doctor can be set. Thank you.
