本日 日本政府に書類の判子をもらいました。ですが、貴方に以前送った輸出書類を全て新しく作り直す様に、日本政府から言われたので作り直して 新たに判子をもらっています。書類のチェックをお願いします。本日EMSで全ての書類を送ります。昨日 添加物のリストをメールしまたが確認できましたか？日本語のリストしかございません。
書類の送り先を大至急メール下さい。後2時間で郵便局が閉まってしまいます。よろしくお願いします。

I got the stamp on the document from Japan's government today. However, the government had said me to make all new export documents I sent you before, so I made new documents and got the stamp on them. Please check the documents. I will send all of them by EMS today.
I sent you the list of additives yesterday, and have you checked them? We have only Japanese list.
Please send me an e-mail to inform the addressee of the documents. After two hours, post office is closed.
