本日 日本政府に書類の判子をもらいました。ですが、貴方に以前送った輸出書類を全て新しく作り直す様に、日本政府から言われたので作り直して 新たに判子をもらっています。書類のチェックをお願いします。本日EMSで全ての書類を送ります。昨日 添加物のリストをメールしまたが確認できましたか？日本語のリストしかございません。
書類の送り先を大至急メール下さい。後2時間で郵便局が閉まってしまいます。よろしくお願いします。

I had the Japanese Government stamp on the document today. But the Japanese Government told me to revise all the export documents which I sent you in the past, and so I revised them all, which were stamped by the government. I will send all of the documents via EMS today for you to review them. Did you have a chance to check a food additives list that I emailed you yesterday? I have only a list written in Japanese.
Please give me an address for the documents I have to mail as soon as possible. A post office will be closed in about two hours. Thank you for your help.
