ご指摘いただいた通り、出荷が遅れてしまった事に対する改善策を提示させていただきます。
まず、出荷が遅れてしまった事の原因として２つの理由が挙げられます。

１.配送担当者の不足
２.出荷通知の押し忘れ

これらの対応策として以下の事を実施しました。

１.配送担当を新たに雇用し、連携をする事で注文が多く入っても配送期限までに必ず出荷が間に合うようになりました。
また、配送業者と提携し、出荷準備ができてから出荷するまでのスピードが格段に早くなりました。
