この商品は４月２０日にお届け済みになっており、お客様から返品のリクエストを一度もいただいてません。
そして商品の返品もされていません。
ですので、このクレームは不当であると判断します。

You claimed that you did not receive a refund for the returned item.
However, this item was delivered on April 20 without fail and since then, we have not received any return request from you.
In fact, the item has not been returned, either.
For this reason, I consider this claim is unreasonable.
