Well noted production process will be changed a bit , we would like to know why you change processing.

- No 5 step : Washing squid again with Machine for 10 minutes , change to 45 minutes, if you change the time washing by Machine , the yield will be changed , of course higher than , price will be increased

- No 11 step : time of soaking A 18.2% change to 60 minutes, the color was not nice and taste was not good on last shipment? please advise us then we can do accordingly.

Regarding the import the additive , we still don’t have import permission in hand yet , so we can’t clear this additive at Waikiki port, sorry make you inconvenience. We will keep posted information when we get it.

製造過程が少々変更されること、了承いたしました。何故変更されるのか理由を伺いたいと思います。

- 5番目のステップ: イカを再び10分間機械洗浄する、を、45分の機械洗浄に変更しますと、生産量が変化します。もちろん価格も高くなります。

- 11番目のステップ: Aを液体に浸す時間を18.2%変更し60分とする、については、前回出荷した製品は、色も風味も悪かったのでしょうか? ご助言頂ければ当方でもそれに従って製造方法を変更します。

添加物の輸入に関しては、私たちの手元にまだ輸入許可が届いていません。従ってワイキキ港ではこの添加物を通関できません。ご不自由をおかけし恐縮です。輸入許可を得ましたら追って最新情報をお知らせいたします。
