Whatever you think about the state of health care these days, it's clear that something needs to change: Employer health care costs are going up at three times the rate of inflation and well over half of those costs result from employee behaviors and lifestyle choices. What's worse, the so-called solutions aren't working. Two-thirds of companies feel that programs designed to change behavior ultimately fall short.
