昨日、商品の受け取りが完了しました。

しかし、残念なお知らせがあります。
ナットの精度が悪い為、上手くボルトがナット収まりません。
購入した商品15パックのうち2パックを検品しましたが、既に4個のナットに異常が見られます。

引き続き検品することにより、1パック中2個の不良品（2個×15パック）があると想定します。
又、わたしが全パック（150個）を検品しなければならない手間を考慮して頂き、4パックの商品代金（EUR 24.00）の返金を強く希望します。

I received the items yesterday.

Unfortunately, I have to inform you this bad information.
The accuracy of nut was not good, so it was impossible to fix the bolt and the nut.
I checked 2 packs of 15 packs that I bought, and I already found 4 nuts with any problems.

I suppose that I will find 2 rejected items of a pack(2 x 15 packs) if I check the items continuously.
Also, I would like you to refund the payment of 4 packs(EUR 24.00) because I have to take time to check all of the packs(150 packs).
