お願いがあるのですが、前回商品を送ってもらった際、輸送中に商品の箱が潰れていたりしていたのでもしよろしければ余分に箱を入れて頂けないでしょうか。日本のお客さんは箱が潰れていたりするとクレームを言うので。
あともう一点修理サービスのために卓球マシーンの黄色と青のローラーはいただくことはできないでしょうか。
