荷物が届き商品を確認したところ写真とはかなりサイズが違うものが入っています、
アームの長さは短いし、取付ベースのアームの長さも全く違います。
ソケットサイズがE27と記載されているがE14になっている。
お客様の注文分です。至急正しい商品をEMSにて発送して下さい。
当方に届いた間違っている商品はどうすればいいですか？
早急に対応願います。

As I received the baggage and checked the product, the product of the size is greatly different from the picture in the parcel.
The length of the arm is short, and that of setting base is quite different.
The socket size is written as E27, but it actually is E14.
This is my customer ordered product. Please ship the right product by EMS as soon as possible.
How should I handle with the product which you sent me by mistake?
