予約時間についてですが、他の予約の都合上、予約を取る段階で乗船時間をお決めいただけませんでしょうか。
もし難しい場合は、30分枠のお時間でお取りすることは可能です。
例 / 17:00〜17:30の間に出航する。

乗船場所までのかかる時間ですが、新橋駅からですと電車で15分、車で10分程度かと思います。
ただし出航時間を遅らせることは出来ないので、あらかじめ時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。

Regarding time of making a reservation, would you decide time when a board a ship when you make a reservation? We need it for reason of other reservation.
If it is difficult for you, we can accept it by half hour.
For example, the ship leaves between 17:00 and 17:30.

As for time required until you aboard, it is 15 minutes by train and 10 minutes by car from Shinbashi Station. We cannot delay the time of starting the ship. We ask you to come there by having sufficient time.
