ご連絡が遅くなり申し訳ありません。私は昨日（日本時間の昨晩、今からおよそ12時間前）、あなたの荷物の状況について発送した郵便局へ問い合わせました。結果は番号エラーで原因を確認しているとのことでした。
まだ正式な回答は得られていませんが、おそらく発送郵便局のミスで、本来荷物は順調に運ばれているのに番号の反映が遅れているか、発送局で滞留してしまっているかの、どちらかだと考えられます。本日中には一度状況の確認ができる予定ですので、申し訳ありませんが再度連絡しますまでお待ち頂けますか？

I apologize to be late in contacting you. I inquired post office from which the item was sent regarding your item yesterday (about 12 hours ago in last evening by Japan time). The result is that it was an error of number and they are checking it. I have not received an answer yet. However, it is probably a mistake made by post office. The item is usually sent smoothly. Then it must be either that the number is reflected behind schedule or the item is stopped at the post office from which it was sent. I am going to check the situation today. I hate to say, but may I ask you a patience? I will contact you again.
