・ＮＥＣ・財務部は、自らが利用しているＩＢＭのＥＲＰのメリット、デメリットをNEC Asia等の地域統括会社にシェアしようと準備を進めている。
・私は、NEC グループ全体が使う財務システムのＥＲＰは、ＩＢＭ以外のベンダーを採用する事は考えられないと思い、昨日、ＮＥＣに強く申し入れ、了解を得た。但し、彼らは、地域統括会社がＥＲＰの導入の時期や機能等について独自に判断することは自由であると言っていた。

I believe that understanding on NEC is necessary in important issues like the implementation of ERP.

- NEC/Finance Department is encouraging sharing the merits and demerits of the ERP of IBM that we are using with presiding companies in other regions such as NEC Asia.
- Yesterday, believing that for the ERP of the financial system used by the entire NEC group, we cannot use any other vendor but IBM, I strongly proposed to NEC and received agreement. However, they say that it depends on presiding companies in other regions to determine the implementing time or features of ERP.
