私達は御社の商品を顧客に強く勧めている。
しかし、そちらの出荷が滞っているため、注文してくれた顧客を待たせてしまい、キャンセルとなることもある。
顧客を納得させるため、発送遅延の理由を教えて下さい。
そして私達が注文している商品の出荷予定日を教えて下さい。
まとめて大量に注文した商品と、こまめに注文した商品を一緒に送って下さい。

御社のサイトから下記の商品を注文しようとしたが、商品ページ自体がなくなっており注文出来なかった。
