恥ずかしながら現在この要求について知っているスタッフがいないためもしご存知でしたら
なぜ2001年からA社からこの要求があるのに実際に今までなぜとりあげられなかったのかもし知っていたら教えて頂きたいです。

A社のために改めてインストラクションを出すべきか、それとも住所記載であることを会社のポリシーとして記載するべきかあなたの意見をきかせてください。

I am ashamed about this, but as there are currently no staff members who know about this request, can you please tell me why we have not actually taken up this request from company A since 2001, if you know.

Please let me know your thoughts whether we should make a new announcement of the instruction for company A, or whether we should describe that this is about recording of the address as company policy.
