備考: 郵便事故

こんにちは。

いつもお世話になっております。
今回の注文で郵便トラブルが発生しました。
いつもと同じように封筒で商品が届きました。
封筒の口が開封されており、中を開けると空で商品が入っておりませんでした。
郵便局に問い合わせをして調査を依頼しましたが、日本国内で商品が見つかりませんでした。
アメリカで探す場合はアメリカの郵便局でしか調査依頼できませんので、
そちらでご対応お願い致します。
必要であれば調査結果の書類の写真をお見せします。
ご連絡お願い致します。

Hello.
We've got a problem with sending this order. The article was was in the envelope as same as always.
However it was already opened and there was no article.
I've asked the post to check but the article was not found in Japan.
In case we will find it in the US, only we could do is asking US post.
Therefore please take care of this trouble.
If it's necessary, I'll show you a photo of the result of the search.
