AtoZについてです。
私はバイヤーに商品を再発送することを伝えて謝罪しました。
その後バイヤーと交渉してAtoZ取り下げてもらったはずです。
にも関わらず自動的に返金されてODRも悪化しています。
これはおかしいのではないですか？
至急確認下さい。
