I understand your opinion, but I cannot be convinced. We have missed our flight clearly because of your staff's mistake.
Therefore we demand again for the repayment of the ticket of the flight (3rd of April MEX 17:47 - YVR 22:02 AEROMXICO 696） we were supposed to get on to begin with.
