取引ナンバー222114895972に関しまして、バイヤーに返金をする運び取引を進めたつもりでしたが、
バイヤーからまだ返金されていないというメールが届きました。
eBay上では正しい手順で進めたつもりでしたが、何が原因なのでしょうか？
Paypalでもステータスが保留となっております。


大変ご迷惑をかけて申し訳ございません。返金の手順を踏んだのですが何かが間違っているようです。
今EbayとPatpalに問い合わせています。24時間以内に回答があるらしいのでしばらくお待ちください。

Regarding the transaction number 222114895972, I think I have made the arrangement of refunding to the buyer, nut I received a mail from the buyer, saying that the buyer has not received the money.
I think I followed the correct steps on eBay, but can you tell me what is the root cause for this?
On Paypal, the status is recorded as suspended.
