日本郵便経由で状況を確認しました所、まだ日本には返送されておらず
現地郵便局に商品はあるとのことでした。
ただ気になるのは「この住所には配達できない」というログがあることです。
通常、住所が間違っているもしくは見つけられたなかった時に残るログです。
その為、日本側から再配達を依頼しても配達できないと断られます。
お手数ですが最寄りのUSPSにお電話いただき、追跡番号を伝え
もう一度住所を言っていただき再配達の依頼をかけていただくことは可能でしょうか？

I have confirmed the route to Japan, it seems it hasn't been returned to Japan is available in the local post office. However, I noticed there was a log that said "Can't deliver to this address".

Normally, this log is memorized when the address is wrong or can't be found. Therefore, they can't ship and is denied. Could you please call the nearest USPS and tell them the tracking number, tell them the address again and ask them to deliver it to the correct address?
