返品の連絡ありがとうございます。
商品を受領しましたら商品及び付属品の状態を確認いたします。
返品商品については、お客様が箱等を開封し、テスト的に使用した場合であっても、新品として再度販売可能と判断される場合は全額返金しております。
しかしながら、付属品が欠如していたり、商品自体に擦れや傷がある場合については、その状況に応じて返金額を減額する場合があります。
なお、返金額が決定しましたら、その理由を付してご連絡いたします。
商品の検品は3～5日ほど時間を要しますのでご承知おきください。

We will confirm the condition of the product as well as the accessories once we receive it.
As for the refund, we issue a full refund in case we can judge that we can resell a product as a brand new one even if he(or she) open the case and use a product as a trial.
However, in case any accessory is missing or there is a scratch or a damage on the product, we may reduce the amount to return.
We will inform you the amount to return once we decide it with a reason of the deduction.
Please note that the inspection of the product requires 3-5 days.
