度々のご連絡恐れいります。サイト上の発送履歴を確認したところ、異なる住所へ配達されていた事が判りました。この度は図らずもご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい、大変申し訳ありません。発送業者のミスですがお客様に不満を与えてしまったことは当方に責任があります。つきましては同じ品物を再送するか、全額返金のいずれか、お客様が希望する対応を至急取らせて頂きたいと思うのですが如何でしょうか。また度々のお願いですが、今後の取引への影響を避ける為ネガティブ・フィードバックを取り下げて頂けないでしょうか。

Therefore, we would like to resend the same item to you, or to make a refund in full. Would you accept either of the two? Also, I am sorry for asking this again, but can you please withdraw your negative feedback in order to avoid the negative impact on our future business?
