しかし、バイヤーはebayに今日も相談したので、私から返送ラベルが送られる
のを待つつもりだとのことです。
バイヤーは返送ラベルを使用しないと、商品の不着のリスクがあると言っています。

しかしいくらバイヤーに待ってもらっても私は返送ラベルを作成出来ません。
もうすぐエスカレートの対応期限の５日が経過してしまいます。
この場合、今後どう対応するべきなのですか？　具体的に指示してください。

No matter how long the buyer awaits, however, I am not able to prepare the return label.
Sooner, the 5-day period of the escalation handling will be expired.
In such case, how should things be handled? Please kindly instruct in a concrete manner.
