こんにちは。
現在エスカレートしているケースの件で問い合わせします。
私はバイヤーに商品の返送料をpaypalから送金する旨伝えたのですが、
バイヤーは、ebayからの指示で、「私がバイヤーに返送ラベルを送るまで
待つように」と言われたとのことです。
しかし日本のセラーからアメリカのバイヤーに対し返送用ラベルを作成する
ことはできないはずです。
ebayのjapanカスタマーセンターにも確認しましたが、そういう事はできない
ので、やはりpaypalから送金する方法しかないと言っていました。

Hello.
I'm writing to inquire about the existing escalated case.
I told the buyer that I would send the return shipping cost for the item through Paypal.
However, the buyer was advised by ebay that he should wait until I send him a return shipping label.
As far as I know, sellers in Japan can not issue a return shipping label to buyers in the US.
Ebay Japan Customer Center confirmed that it was not possible for me to issue a return shipping label and that money transfer for the return through Paypal was the only option.
