こんにちは。
現在エスカレートしているケースの件で問い合わせします。
私はバイヤーに商品の返送料をpaypalから送金する旨伝えたのですが、
バイヤーは、ebayからの指示で、「私がバイヤーに返送ラベルを送るまで
待つように」と言われたとのことです。
しかし日本のセラーからアメリカのバイヤーに対し返送用ラベルを作成する
ことはできないはずです。
ebayのjapanカスタマーセンターにも確認しましたが、そういう事はできない
ので、やはりpaypalから送金する方法しかないと言っていました。

Hello.
I'm inquiring about the cased which has been escalating now.
I told the buyer to pay for the returning fee of the item via paypal but the buyer told me that he was told to wait until I send a return label to the buyer.
But it is not possible for Japanese sellers make a return label to American buyers.
I asked ebay japan customer center to make sure as well.
So there is only one way to pay which sending from paypal.
