こんにちは。ケースをエスカレートされた理由としては「返送料が高い」ということでしょうか？
返送料はこちらで負担しますし、メッセージで返送料がいくらかかるかを教えてくだされば、PAYPALから返送料分の金額を先に送金します。
（ただし、商品の代金と送料の返金は商品がこちらに到着した次第なります）
この対応方法で問題がありますか？
もし問題がある場合はご希望されている対応方法を具体的に教えてください。
