まだ商品が届いていません
４月１５日にNarrativeClipを注文したのですが
４月２７日現在も商品が届いておりません
商品は今どのような状態にあるのでしょうか
narrativeclipのサイトで荷物が追跡できないか探したのですが見つかりません
オーダーナンバーは#12983です
居住地は日本になります

I haven't received the item yet.
I ordered NarrativeClip on April 15. It is April 27 now and still hasn't received.
What is the status on the package right now? I tried to track the package on the Narrativeclip website but couldn't do it.
My order number is #12983.
I live in Japan.
