発送の準備をしていたら棚が倒れる事故に遭いました
幸いスタッフに怪我はなかったが商品が壊れてしまった

同じ商品を手に入れるためスタッフと一緒に全力で探したが
日本のショップは何処も品切れで見つからなかった

While preparing the shipping, we had an accident with a shelf falling down.
Fortunately, the staff was not injured but the products have broken.
We looked for the same products but could not find them any where in Japan.
We apologize for not be able to ship the product soon.
