問い合わせた所、こちらの支払いに問題はないそうです。
以下はペイパルのサイトに書いてあった未受諾のいくつかの原因です。
•支払いを受諾するPayPalアカウントを新規登録していない。
•PayPalアカウントに登録していないメールアドレス宛に支払いを行った。アカウントにアドレスが登録されしだい、残高に支払いが反映されます。
受諾して取引してほしいのですが、私にはこれ以上できる事がありません。
期限の30日間はお待ちます。
その商品は欲しいので、そちらの問題を解決して頂きたいです。

After asking them, I found there is no problem with the payment on this side.
The followings are possible causes of not receiving payment on PayPal site:
*A PayPal account for receiving payment has not been registered newly.
*Payment was made to an email account that is not registered on PayPal. As soon as an email address is registered, an outstanding balance will be reflected.
I want you to receive it and make a deal with me, but there is nothing I can do for now.
I will wait for 30 days, which is a deadline.
I really want to have the product, so please solve the problem on your side.
