・ローカルマーケットに対応し、消費者ニーズにマッチした商品展開をしていくため、商品を創るプロセス一つ一つに創意工夫して欲しい

To continue developing products to match out consumers's needs attending the local market, I would like the process of manufacture of each product to work its genuine characteristic.

Thai staff are followed by L operations and their horizon is narrowing.
Giving the reason of their different culture backgroung, Japanese expatriates and thai staff are having sommunication gaps.
We've organized public courses and trainings which contents lacked in consistency.
