＜ありたい姿＞
・ローカルマーケットに対応し、消費者ニーズにマッチした商品展開をしていくため、商品を創るプロセス一つ一つに創意工夫して欲しい
・日本人駐在員の若返りにより、タイ人スタッフからもマネジャー候補を育てていきたい

＜現状の課題＞
・タイ人スタッフは、ルーチン業務に追われがちであり、視野が狭くなっている
・日本人駐在員、タイ人スタッフと文化背景の違いから、コミュニケーションギャップが生じている
・これまで公開講座などの研修は実施しているが、当たり障りない内容であり、物足りない

・We would like each process of making the product to be more creative
so we can flexibly deal with the local market and develop the lines of
products that meet the needs of the consumers.
・We would like to train Thai staff members as candidates for managerial
posts by recruiting young Japanese staff members.
<Current Problems>
・Thai staff members tend to handle routine tasks and eventually
fail to see things from different angles.
・There is a communication gap between Japanese staff members and Thai counterparts
due to the differences of their cultural backgrounds.
・There have been some training sessions like extensions,
the content is mediocre and anything but sufficient.
