③黄色の楕円内の部分が折りたたんだ状態の際に押すとロックがかかり開かなくなるのですが、
全く効かなかったり、緩かったりと個体差があるので改善をお願い致します。

(3) The part marked in yellow ellipse is locked and would not open when it is pushed in folded state. But, there is a lot of individual difference, such that some do not work at all, and others are so loose. Please make improvement on this.
