私たちは生活の中で、さまざままことに不安を感じ、恐怖を覚えます。弟子達は、恐れと不安に包まれていたのです。恐れに心を閉ざし、イエスに従う生き方を表沙汰に出来ないで閉じこもっていたのです。イエスから託された使命を果たせないままだったのです。
信頼による派遣 ユダヤ人たちを恐れて家の戸の鍵をかけて閉じこもっていた弟子たちを、この復活のイエスが勇気づけ、派遣しました。それで、この出来事が人びとにも語り伝えられることとなったのです。
各国から、大使が世界の各地に派遣されています。
