Sorry to trouble you with many matters to confirm, but due to the following reasons, I am hoping for a prompt resolution:

- Since the amount is extremely large, a major damage has been caused by this issue which may be fatal to the company's business continuity.

- The company's settlement is April 30, 2016, we are obligated to explain the damage caused by this issue to the shareholders.

- Due to the possible miscalculation of the handling fee, we have not been able to actively sell the applicable items which is impacting the drastic decrease of sales at the moment.
