「僕は『A BEST』収録曲の中では「Who...」が一番好きだ。1999年の『LOVEppears』に収録されてからの17年間で何度聞いてきたかわからない。
そして「Who...」を聞くたびに、まるでタイムマシーンのように、かつてこの曲を聞いていた時のことを思い出す。高校からの帰り道、西日の差す東武伊勢崎線。雨上がりの空がきれいだった虎ノ門。スリランカで見たインド洋に沈んでいく夕日。

"I like 'Who...' the best on the album [A BEST]. I have listened many times for 17 years since [LOVEppears] was recorded in 1999.
And whenever I listen to 'Who...', like a time machine, I remember that I was listening to this song at that time.
