第２条（秘密の報告及び帰属）
１．前条による秘密事項を第三者に開示もしくは漏洩しないものとします。
２．秘密情報について、その創出又は得喪に関わった場合には直ちに貴社に報告致します。
３．秘密情報については、私がその秘密の形成、創出に関わった場合であっても、貴社業務上作成したものであることを確認し、当該秘密の帰属が貴社にあることを確認致します。また当該秘密情報について私に帰属する一切の権利を貴社に譲渡し、その権利が私に帰属する旨の主張を致しません。

Article 2. Report of Secret and belonging
1. The secret in the preceding Article shall be neither disclosed nor leaked.
2. If I work on creation or acquisition and loss of the secret information, I shall report it to your company immediately.
3. Even if I work on creating the secret information, I shall confirm that I create in the duty of your company and the said secret belongs to your company. Regarding the said secret information, I transfer all the rights belonging to me to your company, and do not insist that the right belongs to me.
