1月9日にメールし、返信では次の日にUSPSで郵送する旨をもらったが、約1週間経った今でも商品が届きません。オーダーナンバーは#1028と#1057です。商品は郵送しましたか？郵送した旨の連絡もないのでわかりません。USPSのトラッキングナンバーはありますか？もしあるのでしたら教えて下さい。私の家には妻がいるので商品を受け取れないことはありません。1月24日までに商品が届かない場合、返金してください。200＄以上払っている以上、確実に商品は受け取りたい。宜しくお願いします。

I sent an email on January 9 and your reply said you would ship it out the following day by UPS but I haven't got it yet although it has been about a week since then. The order number are #1028 and #1057. Did you already ship them out to me? You have not informed me about shipping yet. Do you have the tracking numbers for them? Will you give me the numbers if you have? My wife stays home to accept the goods anytime. If I don't get them by January 24, please give me a full refund for them. I have already paid more than $200 so that I want to have the items I paid for for sure. Thank you for your attention.
