商品がこちらに届いたら、ペイパルに「この商品を返金する」というボタンがあるので、そこから返金します。 そしてもう1つ…返品する時のインボイスに、大きく"Return shipping label"と記載してください。

Once we receive the item, we will press the button entitled as “refund this item” at the PaypPal website and complete repayment. In addition, please write “Return shipping label" in large letters on the invoice for return.
