商品は出来上がっていますか？出来上がっていたら送ってください。

当初パッケージの破れは1ケースだけでしたが、帰国後に調査した結果187pacもの破れが発覚、全て返品となっています。
カートンボックスの破損だけなら価格を下げて安く引き取ってもらえる予定でしたが、パッケージの破れがある商品は引き取れないと拒否されてしまい、契約は白紙となり32,000 USDもの損失がでています。

これ以上の損失を避けたいので、支払いは商品到着後に私達とお客様とで保税倉庫にて商品を確認した後にして下さい

At first, there was only one package ripped, but we found 187 packs ripped after we went back and checked, so everything was returned then.
If the damage was just on the carton box, they could have been able to buy them with discount, but they rejected the items with package ripped. So, the deal was revoked and that caused us 32,000 USD loss.

In order to avoid any further loss, we are going to pay after the items arrived and checked by our customers and us at a a bonded warehouse.
