amazon.comでご注文の場合で、配送先がアメリカ以外の場合は通常、商品代金＋送料とは別に輸入関税が発生する旨が買い物途中に表示されるはずなのですが、最近仕様変更が著しいので、もしかしたら表示されなかったのかもしれない。
分かりました。こちら輸入関税分31ユーロ=約34.78ドルを返金処理させていただきます。
もし、商品を気に入っていただけて次の購入をお考えいただけるなら、商品＋送料の3～40％程が別途輸入関税でかかることをご考慮ください。

In case that you placed an order at Amazon.com and the delivery address is outside the United States of America, normally, the import tax should be charged in addition to the price of the product and the shipping cost and it should be displayed while you buy, but it may be possible that it was not displayed for some failure,as the specification has much changed recently.
I understand. I will issue a refund of 31 euros for the import tax(=about 34.78 dollars).
